We are committed to reducing the amount of waste produced during the production of our resources. As a result, any mugs that are printed with slight print imperfections are offered as alternatives to the full-price, perfect print versions. These 2nds are physically perfect but have all been printed with the design very slightly off-centre. This doesn't distract from the overall impression the mugs give but they are sold as not perfect. All mugs are sent in protective packaging with free p&p (worth £5.25)
