Order processing times
After an order is placed, we aim to dispatch between 1-2 days.
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday excluding Bank Holidays.
Cutoff times for order processing are:
· Monday to Friday : 3.30pm
· Saturday : 11am.
Orders received after these times will be processed the next working day.
Domestic and international shipping
Domestic Shipping : United Kingdom : 3 to 5 days
International Shipping : European Union : 5 to 11 days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on local postal services.
Shipping costs
Domestic Shipping : all orders sent free of charge by Royal Mail 2nd Class / Tracked 48.
International Shipping : flat rate of £4.75 per order by Royal Mail International Standard.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (EU Orders)
Orders shipped to countries outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import charges.
For customers in the European Union:
Import VAT may be charged on delivery
A handling or processing fee may be applied by the local postal service or courier
These charges are set by the destination country and are not controlled by us.
Any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns, changes, and cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of being placed - please see our comprehensive Returns Policy for more information.
Potential service interruptions
Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of your control. On occasions Royal Mail 2nd Class may take longer than the times stated.
